ERPALO (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is a cloud ERP software offered by UpShotCode. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for subscriptions or paid services. By subscribing or paying for our services, you agree to this policy.
2 Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
- Subscription within trial or cooling-off period: If your jurisdiction or our terms allow a trial or cooling-off period, you may cancel and request a full refund within that period (e.g. 7 or 14 days from first charge).
- Service not delivered: If we failed to provide the agreed service (e.g. setup, onboarding, or access) and the issue cannot be resolved, we may offer a full or partial refund.
- Duplicate or erroneous charge: If you were charged twice or charged in error, we will refund the duplicate or erroneous amount once verified.
- Exceptional circumstances: At our discretion, we may consider refunds in other exceptional cases (e.g. major outage, critical defect that we cannot fix in a reasonable time).
3 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided in these situations:
- Subscription fees for periods already used (e.g. after the cooling-off period has ended).
- Change of mind after you have used the service for the agreed period.
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions leading to suspension or termination.
- Custom or one-off development work that has been delivered as per agreement.
4 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your account email, company name (if applicable), and the transaction or invoice reference.
- Clearly state the reason for the refund and, if relevant, the period or service concerned.
- We will review your request and respond within 5–10 business days. If approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method.
5 Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved, we will process it within 5–7 business days. The time for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–14 business days). Refunds are credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
6 Cancellation Without Refund
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid. Refunds for the current period are only considered as per the eligibility criteria above.
7 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version. Continued use of our paid services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For refund requests, the policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies.
